Here's The Run Down:

This is a Vintage 1969 Gibson USA J-160E Acoustic Guitar that's in Excellent shape over all for its age and plays great. I tried to take really good pics. This guitar is all original.   No neck or headstock issues and has never had a neck reset.  The finish does have checking, dings, scratches, chips marks and/or flaws here and there as pictured, but still extremely respectable for a 52+/- year old vintage guitar. This guitar has only had one owner and was rarely played! The original electronics operate flawlessly and sound as you would expect. This Guitar is a true closet classic! Rarely played and looking for a new home.

One of Gibson's early attempts at a production acoustic-electric guitar, the J-160e was a round-shouldered dreadnought with a single-coil pickup installed at the end of the fingerboard. This guitar features two control knobs, a Mahogany body, 3-ply laminated top (the 1954 model is the only one with a spruce top), and Rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays. Like the Epiphone Casino, this guitar's status has been greatly influenced by its use by the Beatles.
